Optional coverage for sellers begins upon the receipt of the application by Alpine Home Warranty and will continue until expiration of existing listing period. (Listing period not to exceed 6 months) It is simple and will save you money.

     The home buyer will want to insure the transaction includes a Home Warranty.  The Home Warranty will cover issue's that a buyer may not be prepared for.  Sometimes plumbing can begin to leak, or a furnace or water heater can fail.  These can be expensive repairs.  Alpine Home Warranties will make sure those repairs are completed for pennies on the dollar.

When is the best time to get a home warranty?

     The best time for sellers to get an Alpine Home Warranty is when the home is first listed for sale on the market. The coverage for the seller begins after Alpine Home Warranty receives the application and will continue for the listing period. The Buyers will order the home warranty before closing on the home and coverage will begin at the close of sale and will continue for the period of one year.
