| Going Above & Beyond
Alpine
Home Inspection goes above and beyond for everyone involved in
the inspection process. Whether it is explaining the
inspection report to you, or showing you how your new home
works, we have you covered.
Helping the Deal
Many
home inspections are ordered during the process of purchasing
real estate. Due to the time sensitivity involved in real
estate transactions, it is important to have the inspection done
in a timely manner, and have the results sent to you as quickly
as possible. That is why after our inspection is complete,
we will provide you with the inspection report on the site, as
well as send a copy of your inspection to your real estate agent
via email. This allows your agent to act quickly in your
best interests in getting any necessary repairs completed that
may need to be made.
A Clean Explanation
A home
inspection is just like a "medical checkup" for your home.
We will do many tests, review many items, check and double check
many systems, and review all safety parameters for your home.
This report can be a very long report, that contains a good deal
of information. We believe it is important for the home
buyer/owner to understand everything the report has to offer.
Alpine Home Inspections will explain the report to you in
detail, and walk you through the home and show you exactly what
the report refers to. When our inspection is finished, you
will be highly educated on the condition of your home, with no
confusion.
How does your home work?
As an
added bonus, Alpine Home Inspections will give you a tour of
your new home to get your more comfortable with the home
systems. When an emergency such as a flood, or blown power
circuit occurs, it is important to know how to shut these
systems down, or reset them. Alpine Home Inspections will
walk you through your home and show you how your new home works.
We will explain to you items such as:
- How to shut the main water
off if needed
- How to operate the
thermostat
- How to light the Pilot
light on the Furnace
- How to light the pilot
light on the Water Heater
- How to read the breaker
box
- How to reset and shut down
circuits in the home

Verifying Repairs
Alpine
Home Inspections wants to make sure you have the best success
with our inspection report. If you are buying a home, and
request the seller to make a repair as notated on the
inspection, how do you verify the repair was done correctly?
Even though many Real Estate agents are very knowledgeable, they
are not legally responsible for insuring repairs are done
correctly. It is for this reason we offer an exclusive
service of verifying repairs. If a seller has claimed to
have made a repair, upon request, we will return to the property
and check to make sure the repair has been made properly.
Please ask us about this unique, and important service.
